Button under gas peddle???

Button under gas peddle???
I noticed a funny clicking feeling when flooring my 63, so when I looked under the peddle I found that there is a little black button that is pressed when the car is floored...

Does anyone know what this is for???

its the quick shift, when u floor it and press that button, your car downshifts

Same thing. When you go into kickdown, the car will downshift if it can/necessary and will shift at even higher speeds/rpms.

We've just confirmed that the button itself doesn't do anything. It's all in the computer. Check out the printbooster thread in the E55 section.

activates the flux capacitor, i dont recommend doing it much
