CLS AMG vs. ///M5
I have not considered a CLS AMG until I purchased a 07 G500 for my wife a month ago and have been pleasantly surprised by the quality and performance. I had a bad experience in the past with a S500 and the G has changed my perception. Now i am considering a CLS63 or a CLS55 for myself. I have waited for the ///M5 to offer a manual tranny. Its finally here but an option of CLS AMG has thrown a wrench in my plans. I am considering between the AMG and ///M.
CLS has a more aggressive and appeasing stands than the ///M5. I like the manual gear shift option in the ///M.
Anyone with similar dilema?

go for the CLS! the design of the car is completely amazing. just flawless! M5 can look like any other car plus Mercedes has a better interior design vs. BMW. if it were me, i'd get the CLS63 for sure. no question about it.

you should already know the answer, posting this here. to be honest... cls for styling, m5 for handling... as far as power goes, their about the same to me.
was debating on an m5 vs cls55 last year. i'm here now, so you know what i went with.
