CLS55 or CLS63

2005 C55
CLS55 or CLS63
I've been shoppping used CLS55 and CLS63. A strange thing is some of the used 63's are listed for less than 55's (same milage) and this is at MBZ dealers. Given a choice what the advantages of each car.
