Safe bet would be SL55 owners would be pissed/or call BS on the 1/4 mile quote
13 sec @ 110, the data on E55 211 is also far fetched...those models are one of the top performers in the 1/4 & 0-60 etc..
But the data is aimed @ buyers who have vested interest in owning the BEST FASTEST etc.. & putting the lower priced older discontinued model 211 E55 slower than some of the other higher priced models makes complete marketing sense..
My favorite BS# from that list---- S65 1/4 in 12.40

Trust me I posted it cause well I was suprised. wonder where and when the tests were done. Maybe the 55 they had has a bad pump, the 65 also and the slr.. weird. were cool bro no more fighting!

Having driven most of these cars including the SLR , these results are somewhat surprising. The SL65 feels faster than the SLR! The experience of accleration verus numbers. Most of these cars are so close in performance it is difficult to digest the results.
I think it all boils down to the rear end gear ratio. Where are those 4.11s when you need them?.
