20 mile alignment?

20 mile alignment?
Took the beast in for a 4 wheel alignment yesterday. Car is lowered and always in sports 2. I told the S/A this is the setting that I want the alignent set, which they did. I also had an oil change done. Well, besides the two foot long grease marks on the front right fender 
There was also 20 miles added to the car 
What is that
. I am calling the S/A to vent. I have had many alignments and maybe a mile max.. Anyone have this happen? Seems like someone was having lunch in my car.

This happened in my rover and to top it off the car was driving wierd after picking it up, I complained big time to management and they ended up fixing everything for free.

MB Greenway, took my wifes CLK for service, they stole her IPOD from the glove box, had to agrgue and speak to management, but they did pay for it so that was cool.

I know the tech that worked on my car so i know it wasn't him. it was the car wash kids and they kept 'moving' my car around the lot to get some seat time in a 55. when i go there now, he's the only one that gets my key and the service dept doesn't complain now because of the damage in the past.

These are the kind of people that are doing a disservice to the Mercedes Benz name and quality.

I've heard of some horror stories about Van Nuys MB (i.e. trying to sell a used car as 'New', poor customer relations from SA's). However, what is it about the Valencia MB that would keep you away from them? They are the newest MB (and one of the biggest) in SoCal at approximately 6 months old. What happened?
