I wanted to take the opportunity to tell you of my experience with 360 Forged. I ordered a set of the Spec Five wheels a couple of weeks ago from Jordan. He explained a brushed finish to me and that is what I went with. The wheels came in Saturday and I had them mounted and balanced. I was not please with the color of the wheel at all. I loved the style of the wheel and it looked like very high quality, but I really didn't like the brushed finish. I did not call Jordan, because I felt this was my mistake. Jordan called several times Saturday (I guess to confirm delivery), but I was really busy and unable to answer. He called Monday and I spoke to him and I told him I did not like the color. I was amazed at his response. He told me that he would do whatever he needed to make me happy. Realize now that I was not calling him ringing his phone off the hook complaining. This guy hunted me down to make sure I was satisfied with his product and when finding out I wasn't wanted to make things right. Also remember that the brushed was a choice I made, so realistically I was the one to blame. I explained to Jordan that I was shopping with my wife and I would have to call him back. Two hours, then three hours, then four hours later he was calling me. Think about it. Most small companies would not have wanted to take any lose or blame (especially when they had an easy out). Then if they did agree to do so, would drag *** or wait for the customer to contact them. This guy was wearing me out to make sure I got what I wanted. I spoke with him briefly yesterday and told him we would work something out. He has called again today and left a message checking on me. I took the wheels locally to have the centers painted white today. I did not think it was fair to somebody so nice to have to incurr cost that was not his fault. I will have pictures of my car with my 360 Forged Spec Five wheels in white on here Thursday. I know they will look great, but until you get a chance to see the finished product I want to personally recommend Jordan and 360 Forged to all the AMG owners on this forum. He is somebody that stands behind his product and customer service and, unfortunately, that is something rare in the world today.

Wow, thank you D! It's just that it's so important to me that customers are 100% happy with the wheels, even if I have to take a loss. I know you don't get anywhere if you don't treat your customers like gold. I was really upset when you told me you weren't crazy about the brushed finish, but I'm sure they'll look awesome in white also! I'm happy to cover the expense of the painting for you if you want, just let me know the total, and I'll get you a check out right away.

You're certainly developing a great repertoire here with the MBWorld members. It's also nice to hear about good post-purchase customer service, something that is extremely rare at this day and age.

I'm still patiently waiting for the pics of the Spec Twelve and Spec Multi mounted on the Aston Martin (better if it was a CLS). Really hope you could extend your special discounting once again once these wheels are ready.

 

Jordan is a great guy. I've spoken with him several times. I also bought wheels from him. 100% satisfied. Great job J - keep up the good work and best of luck.

WOW pretty much sums it up. That kind of attention and customer service is rare these days. It's nice to know that some people still care about there customers. I will definitely consider your wheels when I get tired of my GFG'S!! Keep up the good work

I just got a set of wheels but in a year when I'm thinking of getting something else, 360 Forged is definitely on my list. Plus, I'm going to tell everyone about this company.

Has anyone purchased the Spec Twelve for a CLS? Convince him/her to give you pictures.

 

We have a set going to Indonesia for a CLS in about 3 weeks, I'll try and get some pics...

Just to update you guys, we're FINALLY doing our photo shoot on the Gallardo / Aston / Porsche 997TT next week before the cars leave to SEMA.

Gallardo: Spec twelve - color matched center (dark grey) with matte black lips
Aston Martin: Spec Multi - Matte black lips / smoked brushed centers
Porsche - Titanium brushed centers / chrome lips
