All mufflers use fine steel wool packing to increase muffling. By cutting muffler apart, removing some of the packing and rewelding it back, one can make muffler sound louder. The power remains the same, but the sound is very close to aftermarket systems.
Typically 4-5 hrs. of labor to do it right.
