oil seal
my car has been driven for around 12,000 miles. the othrer day i got a message that says to add 1 litre of oil at the next refuelling. when i measured the oil level it said add 1.5 litres of oil to reach the maximum level.
so i took it to the service center, when it was raised i noticed that there is alot of oil on the front end (bottom).
They said that oil seal on the crank has been broken.
my question is why would or could that happen on a car that has 12,000 miles on it. is it normal ?
any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks in advance
