Where do you live? If you are living in a very hot and/or humid location then it could possibly be moisture building in your evaporator system, which will release an order into the cabin with the AC on. I have the same problem in my car and I live in FL, so the dealer just disinfected and cleaned out my evaporator and the problem is gone. There is also a DTB from Mercedes on this issue so the dealer should do it at no cost.

Hope this helps!
