CLS 55 ECU Tuning 540 to 620 HP

Check out MKB Tuning which gives a CLS 55 540 to 620 HP. The only problem there are no US Dealers.

Very nice looking stuff, pity there do not show more pics.... also i find it strange they do not touch pulley on their first upgrades.

Wonder what their cam shaft upgrades are like ?!!?

All in all nice to find more resources to look at

Maybe I misread the title of the thread, but after looking at their site it looks like their ECU tune alone brings the car to 540hp.

They have allot of other mods in their package that brings the car to 620hp. Good company with allot of high quality work.

For a second I thought that I was going to have to rethink what we are doing!

I'm very surprised that people still believe that ECU tuning alone is capable of giving you 40hp+ gains

i think chips do much more for 55 supercharged engines. similiar idea behind dinan ecu upgrades on the TT 335/535 engines.

No they don't. Unlike turbocharged cars, chips do not increase boost on supercharged cars, the only way it is possible to increase boost is via pulley swap. If you combine pulley with a chip, then 40-50hp gain is possible. But never in a million years with chip alone.

Firts Off. You should never go by "Crank Horsepower". RWHP is what you need to be concerned about.
