Good Evening members,

I am looking for a 2006 CLS 55 AMG...being that we already in 2008 ..the car only has 1 year left on warranty here in Canada...just wondering if these cars have major issues if not rat bagged?

I have some friends with the 06 model and they have had no major problems. For piece of mind you can extend the warranty directly with MB.

Anything that is built and assembled in Germany, you can count on it being of very good quality. Issues are with the smaller benz that are assembled outside Germany.

Had huge trepidation re MB's weel-documented QC, build quality and reliability problems. But so far, apart from a ridiculous 11K mile "service" charge by the stealership, and several small problems, so far, so good.
