Are you referring to the sidemarkers ? There's two ways...
1. jack up your car , remove the respective wheel, take out the screws from the inner wheel wells, plus the screws at the bottom holding the lower protective cover, then push your hand through the wheel well behind the light and pop it out.
2. same as above, without jacking up your car, but turning the front wheels in such a way so that you can access the appropriate screws, etc.
I did it using way 1 while I did an oil change, some pics...
