I haven't gotten an invitation for the 2009 AMG Challenge nor have I been able to find any information about it on the internet.

I also tried visiting their official website MBevents.com, and it looks like the site no longer exists.

No, the AMG Challenge program has not been discontinued.

AMG have just not yet announced the 2009 locations and dates. Also for 2009 expect to see even more events like the AMG Driving Academy program which has been offered in Europe for a couple of years now. This will provide more advanced driving programs in addition to the customary AMG Challenge series.

Program information should be available soon - in a month or so, based on past years annoucements. It may take a little longer this year with the expanded offerings.
