cls performance parts the same as e55?

cls performance parts the same as e55?
Anyone know if performance parts from the e55 fit the CLS? Mainly thinking about throttle body, cams, headers, exhaust, and (a shot in the dark) chip?
Figured the used market for the E55 is huge and could just pick something up on the cheap in this garbage economy if they fit the CLS.

few bits and peaces are different but engine is the same
