I dought it will look like that in the final phase, just look at the panemera from porsche still waiting to see one in person.

While the CLS is the groundbreaking design, others should be allowed to use it as inspiration. That said, lets look at it closely, because there is more to it than meets the eye;
1. Front end grill is ALL Volvo.
2. Rear 3/4 view has some Aston Martin influence.
3. The double crease lines in the side are NOT a copy of the CLS single crease so credit to them for that.
4. Front 3/4 view shows the rear window line has some Nissan 350Z shape.
5. Low negative crease at the bottom of the doors is all new and not seen before.
6. Rear door handle location suggests suicide door operation; if this was the case access would be better than the CLS.

In my opinion, its a bloody nice looking design! And my CLS is not worried by its appearance. I'll buy one!........ two killer 4 door coupes would be great!

I hope with the recent ill health of Volvo, they find a buyer and build this car, it's more cohesive and more aggressive than the Volkswagen CC - and I agree with ^^^^ and don't expect anything to set my heart on fire under the bonnet.
