You sound like you have been in the car business for a long time, which I cannot say is a good thing....But we do not haggle customers and call customers everyday if we do not hear back from them asking if they want our part, If they want it, they know where to come. We try everything in our power not to be run like a typical car sales store.

I will end it there, I also think its best we do not do business together, and I am glad I made that call. I like customers to appreciate the part and effort put into each one, and it didn't sound like you would ever be that happy since you somehow think full cf is better? when ours is even lighter then an all cf part... I would not want you to settle with out part if its not what you really wanted anyway.

Best of luck to you and your future mods on the car. I have no hard feelings, it was just not meant for us to do business.

You didnt read it? Thats too bad , because it was not a personal attack on you. Its just perception of a customer. Seems like, as a businessman , you would want to know. But oh well , water under the bridge.

I admit , your business is vastly different than mine. I think the reasons why I was dissatisfied had more to do with general business practices, rather than anything specific to your field.

You asked the question that if I was unhappy," why didnt i call you and ask if you lost my number?" In my original post, you can see that I did exactly that. Only i waited an extra 2 weeks to make sure you weren't just running behind in return phone calls. You said that you would call me back in 2 weeks when they were in, and I waited a month.

Why is it not a good thing that i have been the car business for a long time? You do not "haggle" customers? do you mean hassle? are you inplying that I do? Hopefully not , as you dont know how I treat my customers. I know that i have never called one during supper to scold him.

Its true you did not hassle me to buy your part. I already bought and paid for your part. if I were complaining about your constant sales pressure- you would have a valid point.

You didnt read my open letter to you, but somehow you read into it enough to think that I said your part was not as nice. I never said that. If I thought the full cf was nicer, I would have bought it instead of yours. I like the styling of your product. I was told that it is open on the bottom rather than a full wraparound style like the full cf product and thats why it is lighter. I always thought carbon fiber was very light anyway. In any event, the extra lb or 2 wouldnt make a diff to me as the performance gains by running a lighter lip would be negated by me eating lunch that day anyway! haha.

Alot of these guys have thier favoites between you and Eurorev. I think you have an excellent product. Dont care that its not full cf or about the open bottom. The pics and your excellent photo shoot are what sold me.

I dont know how you, not calling me back for 4 days the second time and 4 weeks the first time, has somehow morphed into my fault and an atttack on my profession? But i just wanted you to know that I was not putting down your product.

My wife was sick of me going on and on about how great it was and how excited I was to get it. She hates you btw, beacuse it was the picture of your $500 lip that compelled me to drop 50k on the car in the first place. haha ( im joking , she really dosent hate you)

Not stirring the pot, but I would guess the reason he didn't read it is because both it & the one I'm quoting are pretty unreadable. They are both HUGE examples of run-on paragraphs in a big wall of text. It really is a pain to read.

Yeah , sorry. I was pretty fired up when I wrote that. Did not pay much attention to punctuation and grammar.
