That was a right hand taking the photo so it is a right hand drive car and the photo was shot by the passenger in the left hand seat.
Notice the trip meter runs 3.1 miles while they get up to speed from around 120.

Another good eye sees a reflection of a person holding a cam camera in the speedo. A little too smooth for pavement and little or no movement of the wheel. I think this was done on a dyno.

I think you can see stuff in the reflection going by , and on a dyno 194 would be hit very quickly minus the resistance. My car hit 189 in 15 seconds on a dyno, it is super loud and no way you could hear talking in the cab. I agree this is an incredibly smooth run obviously not anywhere near California freeways.

If it is a left hand drive (left hand seat), I would believe that the speedo would be in Km/hr to be consistant with a euro build car. It just seems too good to belive. Maybe I'm too pessimistic.
