Extended Warranty Coverage
Hi guys -
My 2006 CLS55 is reaching the end of it's factory coverage. Has anyone purchased an extended warranty? Which is the best one and how much did it cost?

2006 CLS55 AMG Sold 2010 E550 Coupe totaled by mechanic, '13 SL550 I totaled it, 2017 SL63 current
It appears that most like the warranty from Chrysler. Do a search, there was a huge thread I believe in the w211 e55 forum.

I just received a quote from Chrysler and Fidelis on my 06 CLS 55 with 29k miles.
Fidelis
5 years or 100000 miles with 50 deductible $4435
3 years or 75000 miles with 100 deductible $3575
Chrysler
2 years or 50000 miles with 100 deductible $2160+$100 sign up fee
2 years or 70000 miles with 100 deductible $2470+$100 sign up fee
Both of the warranties are like new car warranties covering everything except wearable items. Both of them allow to use authorized Mercedes shops to perform repairs and use parts recommended by them which includes genuine Mercedes parts. Chrysler with its plans offers rental cars for up to 5 days. Hope this helps…?
