Renntech Question - How to verify Renntech Mods?
Hi Guys,
I'm about to purchase a 2006 CLS55 with Renntech PKG2, how can i verify if it really has a package2?
I'm purchasing out of state so I can't see the car in person but he's sent me pictures and it has the CF Airbox but I just wanted to verify all the mods that were done to it?
Can I call Renntech and ask them or they won't give out that info?
If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks.

If you know the sellers name than I'm sure you can find out. You will have to get in contact with the local renntech rep for that territory. The reps names and emails are listed on the renntech website.
Or you could pop the hood and look for a larger crank pulley to go along with the CF airbox.

It is currently at a dealership and they dont' have the previous owners name as it was bought at a auction.
Do you think it would be possible to call up Renntech Corporate and ask them? Thanks

You can try and call renntech in FLA, it certainly wont hurt. IF your not able to see the car in person, ask them to snap a pic of the crank pulley. The outer belt guide of the stacked crank pulley will be bigger than the inside.
