I think they can, because Ivan from dctns showed me a pic of a wheel that they did for a CLS55 that had paddles, but they did faux button inserts on the thumb rests for show. I liked that one. I think it was a cls55.

He PM'd me that pic, so I forwarded it to you. Thought it was for a CLS55 because of the buttons, but maybe not. I guess you would just have to ask what can be done. Thanks.
