parts.com has the entire OEM assembly for $117.30 which is 43% off the dealers list price of $204.00
I know some aftermarket, third party manufactures also make replacement fog light assemblies for the CLS (seen them floating around on eBay for $50-$75ea), but in all honesty I would stick to the OEM stuff. The aftermarket assemblies (from my own experiences) tend to fog up easier, and aren't as resilient / durable as the OEM counterpart.

They are made by Hella, which was the OEM supplier.
