Your S/C Intercooler is air to water, have that checked and the pump checked. Then have your main cooling system checked.
People replace that pump with a Johnson pump which is supposed to have more flow. I'm running a stock pump with no issues, but then again my 55 is stock. Evosport makes a secondary cooling system, but its not cheap and there is a big debate whether additional heat exchangers really effect intake temps.
Just have your stock system looked at, thats where you should start. Heatsoak = bypassed supercharger.
