CLS55 Bang for the buck mods?

Ive had my CLS55 for 6-7months now and think its time for it try to stand up to some of the other cars in my garage. Bang for the buck what do you guys recommend? Ive searched this site quite a bit but it seems a lot of vendors arent around anymore. As for a pulley/tune deal who's is the best? Ive heard of headers being a huge gain on these cars?

Any input would be great.

Thanks
James

2006 CLS55 AMG Sold 2010 E550 Coupe totaled '13 SL550 current and loving it!
A simple search will yeild great results as this topic has been beaten to death. A pulley, tune, pump, intercooler upgrade are the best bang for buck. Then you can move on to headers, cams etc depending on budget. The E55 guys seem to do more tuning and it is the same engine. Go to that forum for more info. Hope this helps...

Our headers yield about 40-50whp guaranteed. At $70 dollars a horsepower is good bang for the buck. PM me if you are interested.
