MBH - my understanding is that the CEL light is on after install... some of the bmw guys were using an 02 simulator to correct or trick the engine to eliminate CEL light... has this been investigated?

Yea I was considering this too, since with the Kleeman headers and cat bypass you do get an ECU flash to correct / cure any error codes / lights...
