Should I pull the trigger?
Im getting offered an '07 CLS63, black/beige, with 40,000 miles for about 45K. I was originally looking for something with less mileage but I think this is a pretty good deal. Thoughts?

To put it in perspective, bought an 06 in January with 25K miles, Kleeman K1, loaded 55, for $41,500. It had a month of warranty left. The extended 48 month warranty cost another $4,000.
