We probably wont be able to diagnosis for you without some kind of code. However i have seen steering angle sensors go bad.

If it's under warranty take it to the dealer. There is an easy fix but requires taking apart the steering colum a bit to replace the sensor. Don't know what the sensor runs. It's common in the 06 cars and can be an intermittent problem also. Some people can make it go away if you cycle the steering wheel all the way to the right and then all the way yo the left. Turn the car off and then back on. When mine failed it was intermittient but after a week or so it would fail after every start up. Mine also caused an airmatic failure and the ride got stiff as well. Took the dealer only 2 hours to replace. It's an actual sensor in the colum/steering wheel area. Hope that helps.
