MILEAGE AND RELIABILITY CLS55..
Hello All, I usually lurk and use the forums often, many thanks to everyone for making life a but easier with trouble shooting issues.
Anyhow I just hit 80,000 miles and car still running strong. Few issues but nothing major. 3 years and 62,000 miles as a daily driver.
-replaced all rotors and pads at 50k
-broken idler pulley at 55k
I have to say, I am very happy so far with the performance and the car still feels new. The suspension is still tight. Hope to hit 100,000 soon.
Oh and yes I do drive alot, many must be wondering.

These cars are bulletproof when taken car of properly. The guys that complain and swear you need warranty are the guys that beat the crap out of the cars and then complain when they break. Or the guys that buy them with 70k and start modding the hell out of them. Glad to hear your good experience. My neighbor has a 2004 E55 with 167k on it and no major repairs.
