Has anyone heard of NAVISS or Enterprise Financial Group (underwriters of NAVISS warranty) for extended warranty plans for Mercedes? They are attempting to sell me an extended warranty on my CLS 55 and I am curious to know if anyone has or is using them.

Beware of 3rd party warranties that are direct marketed. They most likely paid to get your factory warranty expiration.

There are alot of shams out there

It may be a chunk of change, but I got it for 5 years and 60K mi from date of warranty. The odds of repair bill(s) exceeding that price is very likely. Well worth the expense. Bumper to Bumper exclusionary policy (the best).

BTW...free 18 months payments.

Wow, seems kinda expensive. I paid about $2,500 for 5 yr. 75k miles with $200 deductible. I've used it multiple times with no problems. Warranty with CSC. Long as your happy with your coverage that's all that matters.

CSC is a geat deal. However, as of last Sept. they stop writing policies for Mercedes. When they exited the market, very few firms offer bumper to bumper exclusionary policies. Easycare and Fidelty are the most reputable extended warranty firms writing policies and the price is expensive. As of the first of the year, there was a big price increase.

There are many fly by night extended warranty companies out there with lower prices but are not exclusionary policies.

Bought a Zurich Service Contract. Have had no issues with claims and pricing was better than any other credible company. Do not buy any online contracts as they are scams and won't pay the claims! Zurich is a $70 billion dollar company bigger and better than them all and the only one A+ raged by Standard and Poors! Buy from a Dealer not online! Trust me on this made that mistake once before.

Ok I have cls 55 for 2 years and warranty company has spent 30000 dollars I paid 3000 out of pocket for sub frame break.it's 4 years and 40000 miles warr. For 2700 dollars nav and radio included.maybe the only contract that I did good on in my life lol.I actually feel bad for them. As i smile.number is not broker it's company. They have several options 60,000 75,000 and 100,000 miles up to 7 years from orig in Serv date and exclusionary top coverage. Just doesn't cover normal maint. Call Sabrina at RBM Mercedes in Sandy Springs GA (Atlanta) she can quote pricing, I'm not sure what each price was for each model.
