Voice Command

My voice command is not working! I pull the lever back to activate but nothing! Anybody has any suggestion for me to try?

I believe its the box on the right in this picture, its located in the trunk under the plastic cover against the back seat, try unplugging it and plugging it back in.

I took it in to the dealer and they replaced a module. It works now!
