CLS55 to 500hp
I finally took some time to post pics of my car. I have been too lazy to take any pictures myself so I just posted the pics from the dealer. I wanted to know what is the most common modification to push the CLS55 to the 500hp mark. I am concerned about NVH levels so I don't want anything too extreme. I don't have the skillset to maintain the car myself so cost and cost of installation is a concern. Thanks in advance for your help.

Car looks sick! To get there a 175 pulley, shorty headers and a 80-82mm throttle body will do the trick for 500+ whp. Don't forget to upgrade your heat exhanger, IC pump and split the cooling system.

I remember seeing your car on the carmax website, I really liked it. The carbon fiber looks really nice

Did you get the warranty? I did and didn't want to void it by modding may car, but they seemed pretty clueless about my car. So I'm thinking of doing a pulley and tune, and if they say something I'll just say thats how it was.

need a cls55 engine
so to make this short .i got screwed and i need atleast a block for my cls55 .dose anyone have a good low mile engine for a cls55 or dose anyone now where i can buy just the block and not a short block i dont need a all the stuff with the short block its my cylinder 8 that is bad

Thanks. I appreciate the compliments. Actually I did not get the the extended warranty and after doing more research I probably should have. I will just have to keep my fingers crossed. Hopefully since I will probably only put about 6-7k miles on this car per year I won't have too much to be concerned about.

CLS 55 w/030
I'm getting mine back tonight with an MHP ECU/TCU tune, 175 mm pulley, IC pump, Tstat, heat exchanger, filters and will dyno Friday evening. It made 414 rwhp SAE and 480 rwtq stock. I'll post the results this weekend.
