CALIPER SPRING part n please
If anyone has the part numbers for the front and rear caliper springs for
a 2006 CLS55, please let me know, as i have some horrible break squealing
and would like to try this to stop it
I hate my dealer's guts so i hope i wont have to go to them
Any help is much appreciated

Did you try anti-squeal paste on the back of the pads? Made a huge difference on my M3 when I installed Brembo BBK a few months back.

If you replaced the original pads with the same pads, expect the squeal to return. There is no real fix for the squeal using the factory pads and rotors. It is inherent in the metallurgy of both components. I use the brembo rotors but changed the pads to akebono euro pads and no squeal as yet.
A side bonus for using the akebono pads is almost zero brake dust.

He loves the Akebono's, not becasue of the braking performance, but because it produces very little brake dust and no squeaking.
