CLS/cayenne S/M3 convert

RETRO FITTING STEERING WHEEL

Has any swap out their steering wheel from (06-08) four spoke to the newer three spoke wheel found on (09-11)with paddle shift i currently have tabs shifter......... i want to know if this is possible.

Yes it is possible. you will need to transfer the shifter mechanism from old steering into the newer steering. I have done mine.

were you able to swap it to paddle shifter or do you still have the thumb tabs? thanks post a pic if you can thanks.....................

I am using the paddle shifters. you have to swap it out.You will have to disassemble the housing from both shift mechanism's. This is the pic of how it looks now.

Do the buttons on the wheel still work or did you have to buy a converter kit? How much did this end up costing you to do?

everything works. bought the wheel from AMG Studio Russia. Don't have exact price sorry.
