Smile Battery Issues

My car i usually storage, and remove battery posts. After fourth months i put back on the Road. It was very difficult to adjust the date and year but mission accomplished however when i start the car it shows (VISIT WORKSHOP) and battery symbol is on. I test the battery and is no issues and alternator is 14.01 volts. I have no idea where is this light come from. Is another auxiliary back-up battery on the car?

I will appreciated your input

yes there is another one under the hood. passenger side (between the shock tower and the firewall), it would not be clear to see, you are going to have to remove a few plastics.

TopEndS62 is right and I would add this auxiliary battery is VERY important since it ensures electrical breaks to work properly
Indeed, the breaks are assisted electrically on CLS
