anybody know where i can get row boxes for my 07 cls63? and how much do they cost roughly?

Dealer. IIRC, about $600 or so for the set with new MAF sensors. You can't buy them without the sensors. Search my screename for an old airbox thread I have in the C63 section for P/Ns.
