FREE Mid-Section with Headers
MBworld exclusive: Right now we are currently running a deal with our header systems for the E63, CLS63, E55, CLS55, and C63. With the the purchase of one of our header system for the mentioned model AMG's for a limited time you will also receive a FREE mid-section.
Typical Gains from our headers alone are right about 48whp on 55 supercharged models and about 40whp on 63's W/O tuning. If you want tuning we have header match tunes for all models we offer. Or you can go to your favorite tuner.
All headers are constructed with the best materials, Incorporating 321 & 304 US stainless steel. Every header system we sell comes with an iron clad lifetime warranty. We build to order, so each header system receives complete attention to detail. Part of our build process includes Argon purged TIG welding, Porting of the flange to primary tube joints. Proper alignment of welded joints, mandrel bends, Merge collector pyramid.
Our mid-section is constructed of 3" 304 stainless steel and is designed to make our header systems 100% bolt on. For a bit extra we can incorporate extra resonators, high flow cats, x-pipe, or H-pipe.. Pending on the model.
