Will the rims I had on my 2007 CLS fit my 2012 CLS 63?
I am wondering if the wheels have the same offset and bolt pattern. Any ideas?

The bolt pattern is the same 5x112 as far as I can tell. Saw some wheels for the 2012 that had offset of 25mm and 38mm 5x112 bolt pattern.
As a side note, I picked up a cls55 2 weeks ago and am looking for some rims if you end up selling these.
