Looking for some matte badging

Looking for somewhere to get matte black badging for the car. I am looking to do the V8 Kompressor(2) and the CLS55, MB star, and the AMG lettering.

Thus far all I can find is the AMG logo in matte. Does anyone know where I can find these pieces.

TIA

CLS55, a rare R-class
If you are already planning to take them off and put them back on by yourself, you should just plastidip them. Go get a spray can, or a bucket of paint, and do it yourself. Put on as many coats as you want. Cheapest mod!

Yeah.. Actually you can plastidip the badges while they are on the car.

However, I'm really looking for a more permanent solution. I feel like I will have to very delicate when cleaning the car to avoid peeling the coating. It doesn't seem like a durable option.

Isn't there anyone who sells matte versions of these badges?

Buddy of mine used plastidip on the roof rails of his NL5t5 and hasn't had chipping. Highly recommends the stuff. Just make sure you do it right. Don't spray right on top of chrome plastic finish. I'd sand it down a bit.

I bought all new ones off ebay. They were cheap looking but the same size. Once painted black, they look exactly like factory quality but black. I did my trim along the trunk and around the windows as well. It looked great.

Thanks for posting. I've glanced at ebay and didn't see any badges. I usually avoid ebay stuff because the sizing is often off.

Anyway, I am going to try to plastidip the badges while on the vehicle and vinyl wrap the window trim. The grill and trunk trim ( if removable) will be sprayed by a body shop.

Nah, once painted black and on the trunk, you cant tell the difference. It is minimal at best.
