You can thank me for the sale. I posted it on M3forum and from my understanding, that is how the new owner found you. I usually demand 10% but times are hard so a 5% finders fee would be acceptable.

And because I allow you to post here even with your personal restrictions (200 feet from school zones.. etc), I get 50% of your 5%.

Hey you should be focusing on the malcontents in that disastrous Emoving thread. Also, AMGtortoise sounded upset in that Renntech thread and could probably use an apology asap.

BTW, 25% was our deal.
