1st track day, ELM advise : Pics Added

taking my CLS55 to the track (buttonwillow) for the 1st time, its stock, but lowered with a Renntech ELM v1, those of you who have tracked, as far best performance should i turn off the ELM or is there a good general setting/height to use?

thanks!

some pics of trackday at Buttonwillow. I would have to say one of the funnest exciting things I have done, if you haven't tried it you gotta try it once.
team blue tape! I was told to leave it at the height it was at.

aside from the Viper SRT10 and the GTR, I could pull away from the M3's, 135's, and S2000 on the front straight, in the corners it was a different story. But these guys were locals at the track and were super fast so most of the time i had to let them by as to not to hold them up in the 1st corner. these guys were charging it i tell ya

bridgestones starting to glaze

a clip of the intro lap my friend gave me in his M3, crazy!
