I have a 2006 cls55 amg American Specs with 56000km on the clock.
The issue that i am facing is not so important I think but I would like to know what is the reason to repair it, when i am stoping on the signals sometimes the car has little vibration and I open the bonnet and I checked tha the engine is vibrating little bit, I should check the engine mounts???

That would be a good start. My 07 CLS63 had its motor mounts replaced at only 32K miles (under warranty). It amazes me they didnt last longer.
