no lsd?

Is it correct that the cls55 has no lsd so only spins one wheel with least traction? If so, wtf is that all about?

Also, how can you fully, as in completely, turn off the traction control?

no, a car without a LSD, ie open differential, will apply the same torque to both wheels

the CLS55 in stock form will easily spin both wheels with ESP off

So it does have lsd? I'm pretty sure mine is just spinning the inside wheel the most but still does step out except not in the way that my m3 does.

No - a car with a completely open differential will, when able, send all the available force to one wheel. LSD remedies this situation by "locking" the tires to some degree (between 30-60% IIRC on CLSs).
