275/30/19 for rear CLS55

My OEM tire size is 285/30/19 in the rear of my CLS55. The choices in that size are less than ideal for what I want. I shouldn’t have a problem running a 275/30 instead correct? The tire choices are much better in that size.

I am looking for a tire that can be flipped side to side (symetrical) since I’m lowered and the 275/30’s have many more choices.

I figure if I run a broad or large 275/30, everything should be fine.

Thoughts?

Get a 275 tire that is big...For instance, Pirelli and Bridgestone are a fatter tire just because how they are made.
