I'm sure similar questions have been asked before but I searched.

I'm looking at a one owner CLS55 with around 40k miles it has all the options from what I can tell including PP. The only things I see on the Carfax maintenance include Valve cover gasket(s) replaced, Drive belt(s) replaced and Drive belt tensioner pulley replaced around 37K. It's currently in for the 40k miles service now.

The car is 1k miles from me and I'm thinking about buying it without seeing it in person. What questions should I ask or what things should I look out for as far as problem areas? It also has about 10 months left on the 3yr extended MB warranty.

Don't gamble buying the car without first driving it PERIOD!
Fly/drive out there and see it for yourself bro.
Call the garage that's performing the 40k service too.
