When I purchased the car used from the dealer, I noticed the fog light on one side had been cracked, and literally glued back on. I wasn't happy, but didn't consider it a deal killer, so I went forward with the purchase (only to find more problems the dealer surely knew about).
Anyway, I knew I'd have to deal with it soon enough, and that day came yesterday. The lens broke free, then the bulb burned out as well. Anyway, I would like to know if I can hopefully just replace the lens, as opposed to the whole fog assembly ($25 would be so much better than $125!). Anyone know? Also, I believe my car has the active lighting, but am not sure if that has anything to do with the fogs.
I am new to Benzs, so I don't have a bookmark folder full of sources yet. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

The light is a Hella 1342 ( I think) you should be able to find it for $45-50 and install yourself. Easy. It also comes with a bulb as well.
I have been through 3 sets of fogs since owning a CLS for 3 months almost...I just keep it cracked now
