Do I need an alignment after installing a lowering module???

2001 S430, 2006 Corvette and 2015 Jaguar XJL
Do I need an alignment after installing a lowering module???
Went with 20" wheels and the LOMO1 lowering module. Do I need to have the car aligned again. I just had it aligned a few months ago.

08 CLS63 AMG
I bought my car w/ 20"s then prettymuch slammed it and didn't need an alignment. Still tracks perfectly and not seeing any weird treadwear.
