tpms assistance

I understand that some vehicles will show the individual tire pressure on the dashboard and some vehicles only have an indicator that shows when there is a problem. My car has sensors in each wheel and I currently can see the message "tire pressure monitor active", in the speedometer menu. I also have a menu option that gives me the choice to illustrate the tire pressure in the form of "bar" or "psi". This leads me to believe that I should be able to see each tire's pressure. But I never have. Is there some special sequence or step I'm missing in the menu system, or something else?

Is there somebody else out there that has sensors in each tire AND has the menu option for bar or psi AND has never seen individual pressures on the dash?

Get to the digital speed readout on the center cluster then press the up arrow to see the tire pressures.

I've done that over and over. All it says is Tire Pressure Monitor Active. If I press the R button, it gives me the option to reset the system or cancel. Never have seen individual tire pressures, but the menu option does give me the option to display them in "bar" or "psi".
