Thanks for all nice comments
Got my steering wheel installed, it is an CLK BS replica in alcantara, that is built from my original AMG steering wheel.
I bought me another AMG steering wheel when waiting for my new steering wheel, so now I have two
I also installed the BS paddle shifters
Pics of the steering wheel mounted have to wait until I have a better camera than my phone.
But here some before and after pics of the wheel:

I have just done the Eurocharged stage1 with SC Pulley. So it looks like it soon will be finished.
But, I will do a full detail of the car soon

This was my full detail of my last car, a 2009 BMW Z4 35i:

so how much would you charge for that level of detailing on the cls?? It is the size of a boat.

Haha.. Yes, it is bigger than the Z4. But silver is an easy colour to detail.Originally Posted by 1SickCLS

What I could charge!! I don`t know, since I work for a Ferrari/Maserati dealer here in Norway and do not get paid for every car myself.
Great build and car looks superb!

I will soon take some new pics of the car, after detailing. So, then I have some updates for my CLS.
After some time at the bodyshop the front bumper have got some new paint due to some chip rocks. But that`s a boring update, so when I did the new paint, I also told them to cut some holes and modify the bumper to fit C63 AMG side vents in carbon fibre
I have not picked up my bumper yet, so I`m really curious to see the result. Will post pics as fast as I get it.
Heres where I got my inspiration to do this, a CLS 63 AMG test vehicle:

Since I did my bumper, I also decided to do my headligts. They was easy to take off with the bumper off.
As many have done before me, I wanted the headlights blacked out. So did the usual 180-200 degrees for 10 minutes of baking in the oven.
But fore some reason I fu....ked up. The lense melted, I was placing it to close to the heat source
So the other one was done with a heatgun, and it was easy...
I decided that the best thing was buying a brand new Halogen headlight, and hoping it had the correct fitment. Since I have Bi-Xenons it is a risk of failure
The housing is now at the paintshop...
The partnumber was the same on the lens, so I will try closing it together with my Bi-Xenon headlamp when the inner housing comes back from the paintshop.
I have decided to go for a dark matt grey Colour on the housing, since black can be a little harsh on silver. And if you look close to the new CLS W218 headlamps, they look black, but in real life they are dark grey. Some parts will also be painted silver and the final touch is making a small AMG logo inside the headlights
The colours will be:
Grey: Maserati Grigio Granito
Silver: Mercedes Iridium Silver
AMG logo: Glossy Black

Great progress looking forward to some pics of that bumper!
Thanks, I will mount the bumper tomorrow
So my new headlights came back from the paintshop. They are painted a dark Maserati grey (Grigio Granito). Very pleased with the them and the AMG logo came out nicely I think

After some problems with the oven when taking the headlight apart, it was nice to see the install was easy. I used something called "Betyl" to glue it together. This is the same that Mercedes or Hella uses when they installs these headlights. It can stand tempratures of 75 celcius degrees. So the oven has to heat over that.

Final results after the assembly

Finally I got my bumper and headlights mounted on the car again
The bumper was painted and cutted at the paintshop, they did holes where the side vents would be.
I did the measurements and modifications to the carbon vents that came from a C63 AMG. Since the bumper of these cars is slightly different, I had to cut and grind a little on the carbonfibre. Then the carbon pieces was sent back to the paintshop for some new clear coat.

Some new foglights was also installed, the old ones was slighly worn. The new ones had a darker chrome as well, perfect for my new dark headlights.

So here are some shots with my mobile phone:

More pics will come when I get my summer wheels on

Love the creativity! Any plans to add more black/carbon fiber to the exterior? If done properly, I think it would pull together well..good work!

I see that on pics it misses some more black/carbon bits. I allready have a carbon diffuser and when my darker summer wheels gets on, I think it will look okay

you're loving her a lot .. nice
I like the caps of those wheels
you say they are SLS BS replica, but can't find. maybe are form SL ?
asking because I 'm making some custom caps for my wheels and would think to switch to this design (large domed shape)
please give me a link or an even bigger pic .
side vents: .. frankly I 'm still in doubt. was thinking at that mod some time ago.. maybe like more them painted (as the proto-car) than in full carbon.

Those headlights look awesome! I just picked up a cls55 myself. How were you able to polish the rest of the dash? I have some swirls on my wood dash that need to be removed but I'm thinking I will have to do it by hand using some sort of compound.

The wheels is SLS replica:

The wheel caps are original Mercedes, look for center caps for the new A-class:

Those carbon vemts looks greater with summer wheels on
