Selecting a stock size fixed aftermarket pulley? I'm considering this as I can see how the stock clutched pulley could fail prematurely.

If I swap to a stock size pulley I shouldn't need a new belt or tuning, correct?

That's a waste of your time. The stock clutched pulleys arent exactly dropping like flies, and you'll likely need tuning of some sort since the computer will be looking for changes in MAP when it thinks it is activating the blower clutch even if you put a resistor in the clutch circuit.

Interesting. Tell me more about the OEM clutch assembly. I didn't realize it was electronically controlled. I thought it was a centrifugal version thatgrabs based on rpm.
