CLS63 air intake box

Looking at the Carbonio Carbon air box for my 09 CLS63. I know they're pretty, but do they actually do anything? Is there any difference between buying a set of high flow filters and the actual Carbonio (or Renntech) system?

I hate to be biased but I would recommend a Carbonio intake for the AMG 63.
Our intake will eliminate any restrictions from the intake system and provide a throatier sound as well as a more responsive throttle.
All of our intakes for Mercedes-Benz (AMG55 & AMG63) come with genuine K&N air filters.

You can read more about our products at www.carbonio.com/performance

Here are a few pictures of our Carbon fiber air intake and engine cover for the AMG 63 engine.

Thanks Mark... Any dyno sheets showing the 18-21hp increase with your system?
