2008 CLS AMG6.3
retractable side mirrors

I just purchased a 2008 CLS AMG 6.3. Beautiful Car. I drove my friends AMG 5.5 over in Germany. When I parked his car, the side mirrors retracted or pulled in against the car to protect them. This new 2008 does not seem to have that option, or I can't figure out how to do this. Any help would be great.
I am also looking for a mat or carpet for the cargo/trunk area. Would like black with AMG stitched into it. Suggestions?
Frank

The folding mirrors are not a available option for U.S buyers..I think we all were pretty upset about that.

you could have them retrofitted in and installed then have them enabled in the STAR system.
i think the folding kit comes from the late year S class, then you have to have it programmed in via STAR, not a cheap mod as i remember.
there used to be a memeber that would travel then do these installs, not sure if they do that anymore....

I'd love to have folding mirrors on my CLS as well, and have STAR w DEV mode. Anyone else have any experience with this?

PM MJ50, he had them installed on his E55, he may point you in the right direction.
